Afternoon Tea.

Our dear friend Cathie from Melbourne Epicure hosted an afternoon tea on Sunday.... to raise money for The Cancer Council.
A grand total of $1274.00 was raised!
What an absolute success, somehow think that Miss Cathie will make this an annual event.
There were so SO many gorgeous treats made with special "m.e." love
(HELLO Lemon Tart!)
I think our tummies are all still smiling.
Along with such amazing prizes won by the lucky raffle ticket holders.
Well done & thank you Cathie for hosting such a wonderful afternoon.

We will be at Rose Street This Sunday
11am till 5pm
Pop in for a bit of  delicious lunch and perfect coffee while cruising around Melbourne's best market (Piccadilly is Geelong's best!)
Did you spot Rose St in the latest Shop till You Drop magazine?

Hands up who LOVES Roller Derby!

Wow an awesome night!

It was Spunkerella's first visit to The Roller Derby & we LOVED it.
I urge every one of you to get to the next bout in your city or town... we truly had a blast.
Set at the Showgrounds under the big top the atmosphere was amped with loads of energy.
It may have had something to do with local Melbourne Funk band The Charlies .... or maybe it had a little something to do with all those gorgeous gals in their derby shorts!

We shared wonderful company, being surrounded by ...

Home of Rockabilly, Kitsch and Tattoo designed jewellery. Every piece is hand painted and handmade with stainless steel chains.

Let us take you back to an era when men were men and women were elegant. To and era when cars were all class and style.e all class and style.

Artist & Photographer. Inspired by the 30s, 40s, 50s + 60s

No two cards are the same, they are as individual as the person you give them to.
Supplying YOU with necessary reading material to pass the hours hiding from the hordes outside your door!

A HUGE thank you to the Victoria Roller Derby League especially Miss Slicer Minnelli and Miss Graveyard Queen for all your help you gals rock!

Hello gals,
Sadly due to a family member taking ill we wont be attending Piccadilly Small people's market this Sunday.
This is one of our most favorite & FABULOUS run markets, that we are able to be part of... and we have seen a few!
So even though we regrettably wont be there this time... please pop in and say hi to the absolutely marvelous stall holders.
I bet you will get lost in all the gorgeous things you will find there.... and maybe even enjoy a yummy cupcake and great coffee mid shop * or a dash of face painting for the little ones ☺!

Hellpixie Hits The Red Carpet!

Three cheers for Hellpixie!
HOORAY!
HOORAY!!
HOORAY!!!
Sunday night the gorgeous actor and Scarlet haired beauty
Miss Melissa Bergland strutted her stuff on the red carpet for the  first time wearing her very own stunning Emerald Green custom made frock from Hellpixie along with a bit of a Pettiflirt underneath!

Skye, Hellpixies' owner/designer woke Monday morning to find her gorgeous superb fitting gown had made it on several "Worst dressed lists"

WHAT!
Soon after posting this, Hellpixie's Facebook wall was inundated while being filled with support and
praise for the stunning 50's inspired dress along with how fabulous Melissa looked in it.

Helen Razor- Radio presenter, author and writer for The Age, wrote on
Hellpixie's Facebook page
"Utter nonsense! This "Fashion Don't" is evidence only that the twits at News Corp are so blinded by spray-tan and misogyny that they couldn't recognise a beautiful gown if it flew up their jacksie. I'm grateful for one thing, though. Now I know all about your wonderful dresses. I'm measuring myself as I type."

We just want to say that we are thrilled and so proud of
 Miss Skye.
Hellpixie is a very dear friend of Spunkerella... and along with the cool cat  duo from Jubly Umph you can sometimes catch all three labels having a ball at our FAVORITE market

* Jubly Umph have a Facebook SALE tonight 8:30 Melb time.

Salvation Jane

Melbourne actor Miss Jane Hall is the bomb(shell)...

and today we discovered her brand new venture.
"SALVATION JANE, is all about helping you make your home look the best it possibly can. Not by ditching all your old stuff and starting again, but by reinterpreting what is already there and adding bits and pieces until the balance is right and your personality is everywhere."
My favourite line "Colour is VITAL" is close to Spunkerella's heart.
